We hope the 2018 spring semester is treating you well. We are writing on behalf of Lo Bello Women’s Association with IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding documents that will be required to receive 2018 fall scholarship funds.
Please read carefully:
1. You must submit OFFICIAL sealed transcript of the 2018 spring semester by June 30th – Please note, e-transcripts are no longer accepted. Please US mail to:

2. You must submit complete photocopy of your Fall 2018 schedule (please include in your transcript envelope)

****PLEASE NOTE:
*After completion of the spring semester, awardees must submit an OFFICIAL transcript of their spring grades which reflect at least a cumulative grade point of 2.6 or above on 4.0 grade scale or equivalent.
*Student must provide a class schedule verifying full-time status of at least 12 hours for the Spring semester to receive the second disbursement of the Lo Bello Women’s Association Scholarship.
*Second half of the Lo Bello Women’s Association Scholarship Fund will be disbursed January 30th for the Spring of the awarded year based on academic performance
Phone pictures will not be accepted.
Incomplete paperwork will be not accepted, forfeiting 2nd term scholarship. Second term scholarship is not a guarantee. It is up to the student to submit accordingly.
LO BELLO WILL NOT BE FOLLOWING UP ON STUDENTS WHO DID NOT SUBMIT PAPERWORK. Deadline is official and final, no exceptions.
